Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • U.S. territories
  • International addresses

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, and warehouse location.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Remote delivery locations

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within the United States.

Any applicable shipping fees, if required, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update after the carrier receives the package.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, especially if your order includes multiple towel sets, bundles, or items fulfilled from different warehouse locations.

If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

REDKISS is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed or handed over to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

  • Around your delivery area
  • With neighbors or household members
  • Your building office, front desk, or mailroom
  • The carrier’s delivery updates

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at service@redkisshome.com with your order number. We will help you review the situation and provide the next available solution.

REDKISS is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, but we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution depending on the situation.
