Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unwashed

In its original packaging

In the same condition as received

With all tags, labels, and accessories included, if applicable
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for towels, hair wraps, or bath essentials that have been used, washed, damaged, stained, or altered after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

Items with stains, odors, hair, makeup, lotion, or signs of use

Items damaged due to improper use, care, or washing
If an item is marked as Final Sale, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns caused by personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For returns caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a defective item, or a damaged product, we will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return label.

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different color, size, or product, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.
Order Cancellation

We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. However, once an order has been shipped or handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
Refused Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us due to customer refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect the package, the refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, or other carrier-related fees.
